- Be committed to safety, improving cash flow, controlling risk and lowering your insurance costs
- Have an EMR of less than or equal to 1 or trending downward
- Have minimally $400,000 in total annual premium - Work Comp, General Liability, Auto or a combination thereof
- Or have other policies that may qualify: Group Health, Bonding, Warranties
- Have a full time safety person or approved safety consulting program
